Rebuilt MP 2010's carry a 3 year warranty.  All other rebuilt units have a one year warranty.  Returns and Refunds must be made within 10 days after receiving the product. 

 

If defective, a replacement Transfer Case will be provided at no cost. In some cases, we may choose to refund the money.  Transfer Case King will absorb cost for return shipping.

In the unlikely event that a customer changes his mind and wants a refund, Transfer Case King will make a full refund (minus freight both ways). Refund will be made within 5 business days after receiving returned merchandise undamaged and unused.

If Transfer Case is incorrectly ordered (i.e. customer provided incorrect model or wrong transmission) product can be returned subject to a 20% restocking fee.  After receiving the returned product in the same condition as sent (undamaged), a refund will be made within 5 working days of receipt using the same payment type as purchase. 

For Warranty to be valid, it must be properly installed following packaging instructions.  It is especially important to align the unit, use correct oil, and fill to correct level.  Customer must be sure all 4 tires are the same size and from the same manufacturer. 

 

Core must be returned within 30 days for all Transfer Cases except NP 246. Warranty is void if Core is not returned.
